To increase Abbott’s reputation as an industry partner by providing managed care organizations with timely and relevant information, sensitizing healthcare professionals to the special needs of older adults, and building awareness among healthcare professionals on ways to improve patient/provider interaction among older adults.
Solution
Developed a marketing program that delivers useful and actionable information in a concise format. Employed subject matter experts to drive content and produced launch materials for account management staff detailing program specifics. Also created an enrollment package targeting managed care organizations to encourage opt-in subscriber list development, utilizing a quarterly e-newsletter to communicate key points of interest.
