Challenge
To maintain or extend relationships with existing customers through presence at top-tiered managed care meetings/conferences. Also to create awareness of Abbott’s primary and specialty care product portfolio and value-added programs among managed care organizations.
Solution
Developed new exhibit graphics that featured Abbott’s complete product portfolios and created easy-to-navigate Flash-based product presentations for an interactive booth kiosk, informing healthcare professionals on how to help older adults lead more healthy, independent and satisfying lives. Also produced an eye-catching pre-show interactive direct mailer promoting in-booth lipid and blood glucose testing and reinforcing Abbott’s product portfolio message.
