Challenge
To create a new Web site for a regional trucking company that would communicate their expanded service offering, position them against other small, regional “Mom and Pop” organizations and attract major accounts by demonstrating their market expertise, technological advantages and thought leadership.
Solution
Competitive research pointed to the need for aggressive graphics and clear navigation to differentiate Nussbaum from its regional competition and position them as a viable provider of Third-party Logistics and Dedicated Transportation services. Our Web development efforts focused on two primary audience groups: end-users and drivers. An Information Center containing online analytical tools, white papers and other items was developed to serve as a resource center for users. With experienced drivers being in short supply, a separate Drivers Center was also created to communicate with existing drivers and attract new employees. Landing pages were also developed to work in conjunction with online promotions and other lead generation activities.
